Description

Sand-proof grids GAS series are used as pre-filtration coarse stage. They work on the principle of the separation tank and take advantage of the increased inertia of the solid phase (powder) than the air. It follows that the efficiency of the filter is much higher the greater is the air speed and the mass of the solid particles.

Are used in the outer air intakes of the ventilation systems in very dusty areas. The typical industrial applications concerning steel mills, foundries, cement grinding plants or plants in desert areas with the possibility of dust storms.
