Pipe insulation of neoprene foam CONS
CONS series insulating tubes of neoprene foam are cylindrical products, deriving from an extruded neoprene foam, expanded, closed cell.
Are highly elastic and can be used both for the insulation of hot pipes and for those chilled granting an excellent barrier to water vapour and avoiding the formation of condensation.
CONS series tubes can be applied for the thermal insulation of industrial, civil, hospital piping, for heat transfer fluids both at sight and concealed in the following applications:
Oil & Gas
Structure and dimensions
Standard diameters from 6 to 160 mm
Available thicknesses: 6, 9, 13, 19, 25 and 32 mm
Classification of the CONS cups fire resistance, of neoprene foam:
according to EN 13501-1
Cut the tube lengthwise and place it on the pipe to be insulated. Then fix the ends with glue and tape heaters. Subsequently, we proceed to the application of the coating chosen.
